All you have to do is plunk down 30 GBP and bingo you’re a Scottish landholder and thus entitled to a noble title, or so this site would have you believe. Might want to check the size of your plot before you buy.

With my last name, I’m halfway thinking about it. I’ve got another shot of whiskey to go before I make my decision. It would freak my wife out to be addressed as milady.
No doubt, Matt, but my guess is that the number of female subjects/serfs/tenants on a 1′ x 1′ plot would be pretty small (as in zero), so good luck with all that!
